Great experience today! Checked in online about 5 minutes before arriving. Was welcomed as I came in and had no wait, Bernie was my stylist, very knowledgeable, professional, and cool. Great hair cut, great talk, definitely back to see him again!

I just checked in and drove 20 minutes to get here and then was told they were closing early because of the heat and they couldn’t help me . A total waste of time . If you’re gonna randomly close early you should post that on your website or tell people before.

To start this was my first time coming to Sports Clips in Simi Valley. They had a sign in the window that said "No Wait" and I definitely didn't have to. Destiny had me put my info into the computer checkin kiosk which I though was convenient. After getting me all signed in she immediately had me sit down for a haircut. Destiny was very patient with my request and professional in her demeanor. Destiny was detailed and made sure every angle of my hair was cut and trimmed precisely. After my hair was cut, the first thing I though of was going home to shower the hair clippings off. Right as I stood up to pay she says, "You get the MVP treatment for your first time visit! Follow me please." Destiny treated me to a tea tree shampoo and conditioner wash which includes a very relaxing neck and hair massage. Your face gets wrapped in a hot rag. The smell of the tea tree is very aromatherapeutic. Destiny dried my hair and added leave in tea tree conditioner followed by a shoulder and back massage. Let me just say I didn't expect the hospitality that I was treated with. For the price I paid of 29, plus the 10+ dollar tip I left, money worth the treatment and hospitality I was treated with here. Destiny will definitely have a new customer coming back!! Best haircut experience in my life by far!
